| Working principle： | The diaphragm paper is fed into the machine from a double reel system and is driven forward by a servo system which adjusts the length of the diaphragm paper. The diaphragm paper is cut at the cutting table, transferred to the vacuum wheel and then fed into the winding die, where it is wound into a separator tube by means of a winding bar and belt. The complete separator tube is then inserted into the steel shell by heat sealing the bottom of the separator tube closed. |
