Working principle: | The steel shells are first transported via the lifting mechanism to the shell handling device, which transfers the shells in sequence from the two guide rollers to the insertion end of the positive ring, which is embedded into the shell in sequence. After re-pressing, the parts are transferred to the marking station, where they are marked by means of a high-precision marking wheel. The semi-finished product is fixed in the chuck, and the marking wheel is adjusted in position by means of a cam track and a speed-adjustable motor. |
